Verdict

A real conundrum and Fault can pick this up at the principal expense of Sayif. Roger Charlton is not a man noted for first time out juveniles but the market suggested that the son of Bahamian Bounty was anticipated and he won hard held at the course earlier in the month. Sayif is a half-brother to Hunter Street. At 200 000gns, connections will be keen for some sort of return on investment. White Shift was not disgraced in the Lily Agnes at Chester. David Evans' is not adverse to tilt at big pools but more is needed to score here. John Best knows how to handle a star juvenile so it would be no surprise to see the bookies pricing cautiously about Square Eddie. This race does not suffer for a lack of runners and Fault can follow up his recent racecourse romp.
