      Verdict

      Royal Connection is generally consistent but has disappointed on the two occasions she's raced here this season. Leicester specialist Bold Las represents a yard in terrific form and should go well, however, while Anya is getting closer. History Book is lightly raced and also worth a second look but the handicapper may have a grip on Bountybeamadam. HIKING wasn't disgraced in a better race at Goodwood last month as she was knocked sideways when trying to mount a challenge. She still finished well ahead of Saltwater Creek and can gain compensation in this.
