In depth

Verdict

Frantanck landed a Goodwood maiden over this trip on fast ground in April and has run well on similar going in handicaps over 1m2f at Sandown and Newbury so is an obvious contender. Foden won a Beverley handicap back in April and has produced two good efforts in handicaps subsequently including here a couple of weeks ago. Lost In Time scored for Godolphin and has his first start for Dean Ivory from his lowest-ever mark while The Rain King won over the track and trip in May. RIVAL beat V Twelve, who runs in the previous race, at Ffos Las before finding soft ground against him at Nottingham. He's taken to bounce back with Aidan Keeley's claim a major plus.
