    Verdict

Though only beating one home, OYDIS’ fourth at Leicester was a step forward. She makes her handicap debut in lowly company and was placed on soft going at Newmarket in November when making her debut. Wave Walker runs in the same colours but is more exposed. Debbonair is fairly consistent and has won on Polytrack so can’t be dismissed out of hand while Goodwood third Isle of Wolves seems to be returning to form so makes more appeal than Lucipherus and the others.
