In depth

Verdict

Cruiser is very well handicapped on Turf due to the fact he's won once in 23 starts. He should be winning again soon but ALBAQAA is running so well and with Robert Tart, who was on board when he scored at Haydock, claiming 5lb he's taken to return to winning ways. Shamdarley is rarely beaten far and should be considered, especially as he's 1lb lower than when last successful though that was in 2011. It was heavy when Authoritarian scored here last season and she hasn't done so well on quicker ground this year and Choral Festival would also prefer a bit of give.
