A tough claimer is next and the vote goes to SILVER WIND ahead of Flouncing and Lethal. David Evans has booked Richard Hughes to ride the son Ishiguru who been a little bit out of sorts lately. His form has not been great and the handicapper has not relented so it seems as if connections have been forced to drop into a claimer again. His front running style will be suited to this track and he is well drawn in eight. His form is not great but with Hughes up a big run is expected. Flouncing is only a three-year-old that has been holding his form well throughout his career. He takes on older horses early in the season but at least its in claiming class and not in handicap company. A bigger problem may be the drop in trip for the son of Barathea. He has been running well over longer trips so unless the rain comes he may struggle. However, he is weighted to run well. Others to note in a tricky heat are Timeteam and Divine Force.
