A weak claimer in which we have no strong selection, but will suggest Tickle has a chance on her best form, with Threat and Bells Beach put forward as alternatives. Peter Makin's mare has been contesting sellers and claimers this season without too much success. However there was a lot to like about her effort at Pontefract. The race went to Marabar with Tickle not beaten far in sixth after losing ground by crossing over from stall four. Against similar opposition today she should at least run into the frame. Threat has performed with credit in three banded races recently and doesn't need to step up too much to take a hand in the finish here. Bells Beach got the better of the selection in a Lingfield seller back in February and so hold obvious claims. However Tickle has the better turf form and in a tough race to call, she is given the nod.
