Major Valentine rattled-up a hat-trick at Chepstow last year but is 5lb higher and upped in class today while Junius Brutus seems to save his best for the all-weather nowadays. Dream Today will be sharper for a recent comeback at Newmarket though has a poor strike rate and COUNT OTTO looks a safer bet. The latter has leading claims on a recent third at Newmarket when missing out by only a neck to Highly Sprung and is preferred to both Betsey Trotter and the returning Luxor. The latter is back on a winning mark but Chairmanoftheboard and Yimou have something to prove off their current marks.
