In the seller, we will go with Global Guardian ahead of Noble Edge, In The Fountain and Young Flavio. Any Offer has interesting breeding but it is worrying that Brian Meehan's gelding debuts in a seller. And, on jockey bookings, Global Guardian is the best of the trainer's pair and, with Jimmy Fortune taking the ride, we are going to nominate him for the race. Noble Edge had Sapphire Storm and At The Bar behind him at Folkestone last time and his overall form makes him a danger to the selection. Dropping to this grade for the first time, Young Flavio has to be granted plenty of respect, while In The Fountain was second in a similar event last time and is also respected. Overall, though, unless the betting tells a different story, we will side with Global Guardian.
Any Offer (IRE) Desert Prince gelding out of winning stayer Gold Mist.
