        Verdict

        Strega De Vega is making a belated reappearance and Tessy Lad, Ward Castle and Eklil were all a little disappointing last time. Arab Cinder is penalised for an easy win at Wolverhampton but his rider’s claim halves the extra. Teagarden Jazz should have done better at Newcastle and cheekpieces are now applied so a tentative vote goes to BYKER, who is probably high enough in the weights but has shown ability on a couple of occasions now.
