Not an easy start for the punters and Spanish Diva is our selection with Turner's Touch and Sand Repeal put up as alternatives. Spanish Diva ran a fair second over 1m2f at the course and appeared to appreciate the step up in trip. Admittedly, today's trip is a leap into the dark but Simon Walker has been booked for the mount. Turner's Touch is better known as an all-weather specialist. He held every chance in a better contest at Newmarket but has now gone up an extra 1lb for his trouble. Joshua Moore, who partnered him that day, has gone with Wyeth. Sand Repeal was a tad disappointing at Yarmouth. He's better than that effort and won't be too far away again. Boot N Toot has been hurdling and makes her first run on the level for almost a year. Ex-Pat Haslam inmate, Neutrino has had his moments in the past and is watched in the market for any signs of inspiration. Calculating has dropped down the weights after a series of modest efforts. Spanish Diva is the pick.
