A desperately modest affair in which Desert Dreamer, Right Ted and Holiday Cocktail appear the likely protagonists and Desert Dreamer is the choice. Pat Chamings charge is no world beater and is taking a step up in trip but a recent effort in handicap company at Goodwood gave every impression he'd stay the trip and we are prepared to support him at this lowly level. Right Ted has the services of championship-chasing Ryan Moore. There is every chance she will attempt to make all this evening so punters should expect to get a good run for their money. Holiday Cocktail is dropped back to eight furlongs following two modest runs over further. The stable are not in great form so he could be worth opposing. European initially came to these shores with a rating of 100 but subsequent runs have shown that the figure was a gross over-estimate. Ralph Beckett's horses are running much better than they were so the market is watched. James Eustace had a winner on Saturday night although Flying Visitor would have to find plenty on official BHB figures. Not a race for the faint hearted and Desert Dreamer gets our vote.
