Verdict
Euqranian was runner-up on her earlier debut here only to disappoint when favourite last time behind fourth-placed Gold Dust. Both the latter and Discovered look likely to finish closer and Mark Of Excellence can only improve from a poor debut effort but a chance is taken on the returning WHISPERING BELL. She finished a promising third at Nottingham on last year’s debut and this doesn’t look like it will take much winning. Graphite is a brother to a Group 3 winner and preferred to Acker Bilk of the newcomers.
