In depth

Verdict

Tosula gets the vote with So Brash and Lindsay appearing the main dangers. Tosula has hit the crossbar on her two most recent outings following on from a Taunton win in December after which she received a hike of 9lb. A lightly raced sort, she is open to plenty of improvement and is taken to get back on the score sheet here. So Brash is back on his favoured quicker surface and is 3lb better off with Tosula for a 2 1/2l beating in that previously mentioned Taunton contest. Andy Turnells' horses have been in flying form recently which is a further positive. Lindsay has not won in over two years but takes a significant drop back in trip. He has done all his winning over shorter distances which is a positive but might just lack the pace in the closing stages. Tosula is nominated to land this for the Paul Keane yard.
