Verdict

If You Say Run was penalised when winning last year’s renewal for Paul Nicholls and POSH TRISH carries a double penalty for the yard today. But she won a Listed novices event at Newbury at the start of the month and should still prove too strong for today’s opposition including Dieu Benisse. The latter debuts for Nicky Henderson having placed in France back in 2016 while Lady Marwah makes her hurdling bow having finished third in a bumper at Southwell in June. Ali The Hunter has also placed in a bumper while Rosie Royale’s five wins on the Flat makes her the best of those debuting in this code.
