In depth

Verdict

STEADY THE SHIP looks the one to beat on his second over track and trip last month given he was struck into that day and also lost a shoe. Fabrique En France looked in need of the experience at Leicester and has had wind surgery since. Longshanks also has scope but was an early faller at Chepstow and Blumen Glory is best watched on his hurdling debut. Etoile Rebelle has not so far improved for the switch to Paul Nicholls.
