Verdict

DAN MCGRUE won a bumper in Ireland last August then completed a hat-trick between the flags for Jack Barber though had very little to do. He's in the 'could be anything' category as is White Moon, who has joined Colin Tizzard after an impressive victory over a subsequent winner at Dawstown in May. Allez Jacques looked in need of jumping experience at Stratford in March and is best watched but winning point-to-pointer and bumper Benechenko is certain to be suited by this trip after staying on strongly over the minimum at Sandown in March.
