A competitive field go to post for this handicap chase and a chance is taken on Hell-of-A Shindy. He was a fair fifth behind Beyond Control last timed on ground that was softer than ideal. This faster ground will suit and he will be hard to beat with his yard still in top form. Janiture won well at Taunton before taking a heavy fall here last time. If his confidence has not been effected he will not be far away. Vincent Van Gogh was a fair second behind Armaturk last time and a reproduction of that effort would give him definite place claims. Dunston Bill has been running well of late and his latest third behind Gus des Bois suggests he is in the handicappers grip. Sadler's Realm would have a chance on his best form but he has been very disappointing of late. Of the remainder Wise King is from a yard that is beginning to hit form and he is worth a cautionary look in the market.
