Verdict

Mascat proved frustrating to follow on the Flat but made a smooth transition to hurdling over 2m here two months ago. However, an easy win over further here 12 days ago should have boosted the confidence of RAINYDAY WOMAN, who can go on to better things. Paul Nicholls’ mare is also preferred to Norton Hill, a bumper winner on the track last month, and Crystal Moon requires significant improvement but Hiway One O Three may have a future and Exmoor Express had excuses last time at Lingfield.
