EARTH DREAM can land this at the principal expense of Richard's Sundance and Major Malarkey. Paul Nicholls' charge cocked a snoop at the handicapper at Kempton when disposing of a decent field with contempt. A 10lb rise looks harsh on paper but that figure might still not be enough to prevent a follow up. Richard's Sundance is unproven on the surface. That said, he has kept company with some very high class novices in the past. Major Malarkey has some fairly unpromising form figures this term. That said, his yard have hit a little form of late. Similar comments apply for the Andy Turnell trained, Lordsbridge. Rider, Edward Cookson appears to be performing with much more competence these days. Pourdel sneaks in off a light racing weight. The step up in trip shouldn't be too much of a problem on what we have seen thus far. The former Hobbs inmate, Presentandcorrect has offered little for Carl Llewellyn though better ground could make a difference. Connections of Mister Wiseman have evidently been waiting for better ground so his last outing can be safely ignored. Or Sing About held every chance when capsizing at Kempton last month. It will be a tough ask to give weight all around. Earth Dream could still be well treated and is accordingly nominated.
