In the finale, Spinning Coin is selected ahead of Beau Nash and Mister Right. There are plenty of runners but little in the way of strength in depth to this race. Spinning Coin, though, followed up a win by finishing second to the decent Theatre Girl from today's rating last time and that type of form looks good enough, if repeated, to see him go well today. Beau Nash, a mid-80s-rated middle-distance Flat performer, could improve from his last two runs on today's quicker going, as he had shown promise on his third-last run, while Mister Right seems to have improved of late on the Flat and could be well-weighted over jumps from a mark of just 93. Of the others, Cecticello also holds place claims from a mark of 93, Cool Society put in a fair effort last time and today's shorter trip should help, Classic Role has not built on his Newbury run of a year ago, Moon Star showed promise on easy going in January and February, and Easy Laughter has shown some promise. Overall, though, we are happy to side with Spinning Coin.
