Atlas Peak and young rider Conor Hoban are in very good form but John Carr's charge is now on his highest-ever mark after a comfortable victory at Dundalk and appears better on Polytrack these days. Appletreemagic is another who has climbed in the ratings after scoring at Dundalk but she's sure to get a good ride from Ray Whelan and is definitely on the short-list. Sassaway was consistent enough last season without winning but has a long absence to overcome but Slade should now be at his peak following a couple of runs this season and this progressive type has an accomplished rider on board in Danny Mullins. He looks certain to get involved but it's the consistent but luckless FLASH MCGAHON who gets the vote under Ben Curtis as though he's tackling this trip for the first time the fast ground will help and he was unlucky in-running at the Curragh on his reappearance.
