In depth

Verdict

Downthecellar completed his hat-trick in game style at Tramore, just seeing off She Tops The Lot with Josephina around three lengths back in third and EAGLE MOON only sixth. However, the latter slipped on the bend when seemingly going well and was also unlucky in-running at Limerick next time so this could be his day. Gold Sun is a very capable performer on his day but has failed to finish in four of his last six starts. The in-form Ricky Langford would be an obvious threat if getting a run from his reserve spot.
