In depth

Verdict

The four-year-old Christopher Robin won a Wexford maiden for Joseph O'Brien though looks a few pounds high. Broughtons Admiral has been very consistent on the Flat and over timber and won't mind the conditions while his stable companion Higgs may do better having had wind surgery. Thomas Macdonagh was having only his second start over hurdles when making all on heavy going at Hexham earlier this month and makes his handicap debut on a fair mark so looks certain to go well. Lostnfound very nearly doubled his winning tally when beaten a short-head at Sedgefield though it's GENERATION GAP, who ran easily his best race to date when staying on over 2m at Chepstow, who gets the nod.
