Verdict

Another tricky handicap to end proceedings. Chti Balko is in the veteran stage now and on a long losing run but can’t get much lower in the weights. Feel The Pinch is only 2lb higher than when winning easily over fences at Bangor last month and Lady Babs won by 12 lengths at Market Rasen. Brentford Hope makes his handicap debut over timber but needs to settle better than he has done so far and Galahad Threepwood has never won on Turf, though has proved consistent over hurdles. Hexham third Bonne Vitesse and the progressive I Have A Voice and Chapel Green go on the shortlist but BRIDGE ROAD wasn’t winning out of turn at Leicester and may have the race run to suit again here.
