Shady Lane was having only her second start over fences when runner-up at Towcester and should continue on an upward curve. Groomed has been knocking on the door but probably needs a bit of help from the handicapper, though appears to have the beating of Safari Journey on recent running at Sedgefield. INOOGOO was a disappointing favourite at Musselburgh in November when only fourth behind Claragh Native. But he was in much better form when holding off Coeur De Fou at Perth last month and can follow up here off a 4lb higher mark.
