Generous Day arguably had the run of the race when beating Movie Legend and Baby King at Warwick and Lucy Wadham’s charge is fancied to come out best today of that trio on this more galloping track. Mixboy is very versatile and has won four of his nine starts over fences so is not out of this. Vendor is 0-7 over the larger obstacles but is gradually slipping towards a mark from which he should be capable of winning though YORKIST is preferred. Good going and a flat track brings out the best in Dan Skelton’s gelding, who already has a first and two seconds to his name around here.
