Verdict

It could pay to stick with the proven form of MANY CLOUDS despite a 10lb penalty for November's win at Ascot. That looks stronger form than the victory at Towcester by Ardkilly Witness but Up And Go is a threat. The latter was still thereabouts when falling a couple of hurdles from home in a Grade 2 at Sandown last time and should be bang there at the finish. Karinga Dandy went close on his racecourse and hurdling debut at Sedgefield and Accordion Spirit won a bumper at Hereford in April last year. Shotavodka is an Irish bumper winner now with David Pipe and he's sure to know his job tackling hurdles for the first time.
