In depth

Verdict

After winning his maiden at Uttoxeter, JACK SHARP found only one too good stepping up to handicap company at Doncaster. He races off the same mark here and is almost guaranteed to run his race again. Breakeven, a winner over hurdles and fences in Ireland, wasn’t disgraced having a first run for Paul Collins at Sedgefield while Foster'sisland is back in the right grade after running in the Lanzarote at Kempton but December’s course and distance winner No Risk Des Flos looks a bigger danger with Harry Skelton doing the steering.
