Verdict

YOU SOME BOY has been here twice, completing a double at the turn of the year. He was a bit unlucky at Kelso last week when his rider dropped his whip at the last. Winning bumper Imperial Storm was a close third at Chepstow and runner-up Goshhowposh could give the form a boost in the opener. He makes his handicap debut as does Learntalot, who has shown enough in novice company to get competitive. Court At Slip was beaten less than two lengths on his reappearance at Hexham and though Juge Et Parti hasn't run since March he has a fine record after a break.
