In depth

Verdict

Kylemore Lough was third in the Clarence House last season but pulled up on his earlier reappearance behind Splash Of Ginge. The latter was only fourth in this last year behind Guitar Pete and also finished behind that rival at Cheltenham in December. Nicky Richards’ grey had a recent pipe-opener on the Flat so should be fully primed but has 10lb more than last year. Dingo Dollar did well last season and Copain De Classe made a winning reappearance at Kempton 12 days ago, though carries a penalty in a better race. Cracking Find did nothing wrong here last month and should be a factor receiving plenty of weight but stablemate Delusionofgrandeur needs further. Just Cameron runs his best races here but fellow course winner BORN SURVIVOR could be another for the Skeltons as he goes well fresh and has been dropped a couple of pounds since a fair run at Uttoxeter in May – trip and ground are both ideal.
