No world-beaters on show and MEMORY MAGIC is forwarded as the most solid selection. Sir Bruno is in good heart and is respected as a threat, while Ginger Grey and Danzoe also merit respect. Danzoe has been cut some slack by the handicapper and is likely to appreciate this ease in grade. The cliche about top weights in nurseries applies and he will be dangerous to ignore. Ginger Grey makes some appeal from those likely to be available at attractive odds, as the grey already has experience of racing at this course. He does have improvement to find, though and looks risky for win only purposes. Sir Bruno has a race within him and, with David Probert sure to drive him hard in the saddle, he will get the strong handling he needs today. However, Memory Magic has made good progress and goes handicapping on a feasibly attractive mark. Clive Cox's horses are thriving this season and this fellow looks no exception to the rule.
