Despite the steadier of topweight, Tamarinbleu gets the vote here ahead of Kimbambo. Raised 13 pounds for his Ladbroke Handicap Hurdle win, Tamarinbleu has been dropped one following a fair eight place in the totesport Hurdle behind Essex last time. He remains competitive from his current mark. Cool Roxy is nine pounds above a winning mark and has won over a lot further, while Kalca Mome reverts to hurdling following chasing, but still looks held from his current mark. Jonanaud has been found out since being raised for a Towcester win, while the consistent Jack Martin keeps getting raised for good placed efforts - and something similar might befall him again after today. Kimbambo is on the up, having followed a valuable Kelso win with a good second to Rob Leach at Wetherby last time. Lightly raced, he can go well again and can give the selection, Tamarinbleu, the most to do.
