Verdict

There are three previous winners in this and they are expected to dominate proceedings. Ferrobin has only finished out of the first two once in six runs over hurdles, when falling at Stratford in April. He has a tongue-tie on for the first time today but has to give 6lb to ARMANDIHAN, who made all and won with any amount in hand on his hurdles bow at Sedgefield and looks capable of going on to better things. Cardigan Bay is back in novice company having raced in handicaps over the last six months and is looking a little exposed. Some Boy Mccoy was beaten when falling at the last here in May but has been given plenty of time to recover and looks the pick of the maidens.
