This should really prove to be a match between Val Du Don and Le Seychellois and we take the latter to come out on top. The selection is another French import to join Paul Nicholls' yard and will be well versed for his chasing debut. Already the easy winner of a Listed hurdle at Auteuil, he acts with plenty of cut and we anticipate him trying to make all once again here, and he can make a winning debut in Britain. Nicky Henderson's Val Du Don has to give him 5lb and that may just prove beyond him. The gelding does at least have chasing experience under his belt and has run well with cut, so a cleat round will see him not far away, though he did unseat last time out. Alchemistic will prove best of the other pair but would probably want better ground and we take Le Seychellois to land this prize.
