In depth

Verdict

Nail 'm is a thorough stayer who appeared to get outpaced over 3m at Chepstow last time. He's on a lower mark than for his last win two years ago and should be thereabouts. Badgers Cove is an interesting runner after a pipe-opener over hurdles while Leith Hill Legasi had Bebinn behind when second at Towcester recently having finished behind the same horse at Plumpton earlier. The Last Bridge races off the same mark as when third in this last year and Mission Complete has been showing signs of a revival lately but MIDNIGHT JADE showed improvement when stepped up in trip at Southwell. Quicker ground shouldn't be a problem and John Groucott's mare can defy a 6lb rise in the weights.
