Verdict

Though a winner twice over fences in his native France, Georges Saint is now 0-10 over hurdles and isn’t really improving. It’s not certain that HAURAKI GULF will appreciate a drop back in trip but he is getting 10lb from both Riskintheground, who had only three rivals when successful at Fontwell, and Sandown runner-up Hermino Aa if you factor in Chris Ward’s claim. The other pair look up against it.
