A potentially-informative maiden which sees the introduction under Rules of winning pointers Birchdale, Hes No Trouble and La Cavsa Nostra. The former now runs in the JP McManus colours and has joined Nicky Henderson who also runs Clarendon Street, who is certain to improve for the switch to hurdling having had just the one run in a bumper. Talktomenow has also won between the flags and was second in a Plumpton hurdle last month which has worked out well. Johnbb ran green in a Market Rasen bumper last month and may need more time but any market support for the returning Kingsplace, Dara's Present or Machiato should be noted. SAMBURU SHUJAA is a little exposed but does boast the best hurdles form on offer having come up against a smart prospect over track and trip last month – he gets one more chance.
