Mirror Lake proved highly progressive as a three-year-old and probably needed the run when only fifth on her reappearance at Newmarket. She is a leading contender here along with Sea Of Heartbreak, who finished ahead of Amanda Perrett's filly at HQ and wasn't disgraced behind City Leader at Goodwood subsequently. Piano takes a steep rise in class but is still improving while Gallic Star has won at this level in the past and normally keeps better company than this. Pink Symphony is another with the past form to figure but TIMEPIECE can land this for Sir Henry Cecil. A one-time classic hope, she hasn't done a lot wrong in two starts this term against stronger opposition and should now be ready to open her seasonal account.
