LAC DE CONSTANCE followed up a maiden success at Exeter by winning a Listed hurdle on the same track four weeks ago. He carries 12lb extra but is impossible to oppose in this. Sporty Jim is probably the pick of his yard’s two runners, despite a modest debut at Ayr, though Ben Bulben is also a likely improver.
