Himba is taken to get the better of Trafalgar Day and Squirtle in this tough handicap, and continue the good run of the Amanda Perrett yard. Trafalgar Day didnt show a great deal last season, but gradually slipped down the weights. He won on his re-appearance and may have improved for the break this winter. He can go close. Squirtle won at Haydock in August and has now come down to the same mark. He has not won since then, but he will be sharper for his seasonal re-appearance and could surprise. Himba has shown improved form recently, benefitting from a step up in trip. His win at Folkestone showed his stamina to good effect, and he is likely to come on for that, his first run of the season. Himba can double his winning tally for the season.
