Verdict

Shalambar has only been put up 5lb for his narrow win in a conditionals' race at Doncaster and should be competitive here, while Switched Off could improve for the fitting of blinkers and won a similar contest at Wincanton in November. Peace Corps could be interesting have won an all-weather claimer at Lingfield last month but ART BROKER, who kept decent company on the Flat in Ireland, has already run well on a couple of occasions over timber and may have been let in lightly on his handicap debut. The Quantum Kid is another lightly-raced sort that may be open to further improvement.
