With just 3lb between top and bottom in this handicap, this is a tough call for punters but we like CROESO CUSAN in this race with New England and City Stable selected as suitable alternatives. John Spearing's mare probably needed her first run back but she is well treated versus some of her earlier form and if she does truly stay this ten furlongs - there is value to be had. New England is eight years young. He is modest though a reliable enough conveyance at this trip. City Stable was once rated in the 80's when trained by Sir Michael Stoute. Now in the care of Michael Wigham, if he retains any ability, he has to be considered to be a very live player at this lesser grade. Siena Star has won over course-and-distance. Fitzolini has been kept busy on the all-weather this winter. Noah Jameel is fresh from a success at Nottingham and is likely to be prominent in the market today. Croeso Cusan is the percentage call.
