In depth

Verdict

Pop The Cork is getting no help from the handicapper and will have stamina to prove. SAMEER is still learning his trade but there was plenty to like about his latest third at Fontwell and he wasn’t beaten far over an extended 2m4f at Plumpton earlier in the season. Heart Of A Lion looked to be struggling when falling at Doncaster and stamina doubts remain but there are possibilities about Duc De Bourbon and also Hurricane Mitch, who is tried in cheekpieces after seconds in maidens at Hereford and Sedgefield.
