A competitive affair with the likes of Briery Belle and Tagrita stepping up in class after making successful chasing debuts. The useful hurdler Rock On The Moor ran well in a Grade 3 chase at Clonmel last month but Stephanie Frances is a more experienced chaser and won for the third time over fences in similar company to this at Bangor. However, DESERT QUEEN may just edge this as she also won a Listed event when scoring by five lengths at Market Rasen on her chasing bow and is taken to defy a penalty. Rons Dream has a similar rating to the selection over timber and could also go well if taking to the larger obstacles.
Desert Queen 7-2 (11-0) Keen, made all, clear 5th, reduced lead 13th, ridden 2 out, drifted left at last, ridden and ran on, won at Market Rasen 3m lst (1) gd in Nov beating La Vaticane (11-0) by 5l, 6 ran.
Briery Belle 9-4 (10-9) Made all, stayed on strongly from 2 out, won at Carlisle 2m 4f (3) gd in Nov beating Vintage Clouds (11-2) by 8l, 5 ran.
Morello Royale (IRE) 15-2 (11-6) Held up in last pair, plugged on into 4th between last 2, never going pace to get competitive, 4th of 7, 12 1/4l behind Surtee Du Berlais (10-12) at Kempton 3m lst (1) sft in Nov.
Rock On The Moor (IRE) 2-1 (10-7) Chased leaders, 3rd halfway, ridden into 2nd entering straight, pressed leader before 2 out, disputed briefly 2 out, headed and under pressure before last, 3rd and no extra run-in, kept on same pace, 3rd of 6, 3l behind Westerner Lady (10-13) at Clonmel 2m 4f (1) Yielding in Nov.
Rons Dream 2-1fav (11-2) Tracked leading trio, 2nd at 9th, led traveling well on long run to 2 out, joined last, headed and one pace soon after last, 2nd of 7, 3 1/4l behind Surtee Du Berlais (10-12) at Kempton 3m lst (1) sft in Nov.

Tagrita (IRE) 6-1 (11-0) Led until before 3rd, stayed handy, not fluent 4th, reminder 7th, left in lead 4 out, hit next, soon headed, rallied after 2 out, led last, clear flat, won at Huntingdon 2m 4f (4) gs in Nov beating The Organist (11-0) by 5l, 5 ran.
