Verdict

Baby Shally won a maiden point at Ballycahane in March but this looks a competitive mares’ bumper. Marmalade Time was second at Worcester in May and Chooch is an interesting newcomer being a half-sister to bumper winner Bhaloo. Alan King has had a few bumper winners here down the years and GRANNY HAWKINS can add to the tally after a promising first effort at Southwell where she didn’t really get the run of the race. Stratford third Musique De Fee may also be open to improvement.
