Verdict

Rickety Gate’s rider was claiming 8lb when winning this off a lower mark last year while a host of these all ran at Kelso on their respective latest starts including Firth Of Forth, who finished runner-up back in May. Haveyougotmymoney, Call Me Harry and Faithfulflyer have more recent form at that track, though the latter was beaten over track and trip by Curley Finger early in the year. FINISK RIVER placed at Bangor last time and gets the vote with Charlie Maggs taking 10lb off his back today.
