Lyrical Girl gets the confident vote in this seller with Come What July and Defana the pair that should give our selection the most to do. The filly from the Hugh Manners yard is dropped in grade after being outclassed in a class D handicap at Lingfield last time. This race is much easier and if she can reproduce the form of her previous win at Lingfield then she should take a lot of stopping. Come What July would rate the main danger on the pick of his form but he has been disappointing to follow of late and until he offers any sign of encouragement he is probably best watched. Defana missed the break last time but this gelding from the Michael Dods stable was running on strongly at the finish, so he is certainly worth considering now that his yard has hit top form. Bosco is dropped in grade so is another worthy of a mention, but for the winner we return to Lyrical Girl.
