Most of these are open to improvement and wouldn't need to make exponential progress in order to land the spoils. Kenyan Cat and Sydney Melbourne are closely matched on running at Leicester but we're more interested in Pan American and CAT HUNTER. Marginal preference is for the latter on the grounds that the yard recently saddled a juvenile winner at this track and ran more recently than Pan American whose yard have only saddled one juvenile winner this season. Cat Hunter shaped pleasingly at Lingfield when looking in need of the experience and she may be able to step up. Kenyan Cat and Sydney Melbourne both finished well in an average maiden at Leicester when looking as though they'd benefit from the run; both are respected as a result. Pan American was another to show promise at Wolverhampton whilst Thrust Control, During The War or indeed any of the others can't be ruled out in a hurry. The market will be useful but without that aid we'll opt for Cat Hunter.
