Most of these are totally exposed with the exception of ON STAGE. Heavily backed into favouritism on her handicap debut at Chepstow in May after showing little in three maiden starts, she made Acapulco Bay fight all the way to the line. She should progress again after just four career starts and can go one better here for the underrated Stuart Kittow. Tram Express is consistent at a lowly level but was inexplicably tailed off at Nottingham last month. He has a definite chance if putting that behind him under the promising Oisin Murphy. Youm Jamil has shown enough in the past to warrant a place on the short-list but he, too, is not the most reliable.
